When your bones and muscles are out of alignment, your body doesn’t function properly.  You’ll experience aches, pains and performance decrements.  Eventually, misalignments can compound into injuries.  

Body ReAlignment uses principles like Assisted Stretching, Active Release, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, breathwork and fascial stretching to:

    • Prevent aches and pains

    • Relieve chronic muscle tightness

    • Prevent injuries

    • Improve muscle recovery

    • Restore full movement
